VIP TOURS BA
EXPERIENCES IN BUENOS AIRES
Today it is March 6, 2016. I will like to introduce you today a great guy that did a tour with me. His name is Christian Mollitor vice president YCF group. During the tour I have the pleasure to meet him much better and we had together an extraordinary day.
Sadly was not the best day of my life since I was recovering from a really bad flue and a strong headache. I had the typical summer flue! A mix of air conditioner and extremely hot weather, so cold and hot, hot and cold and too much exercising, then flue!
So, we started the tour in the Hilton hotel in Puerto Madero were i pick up Christian. As soon as I am so arrive I ask the man in the front desk to call him to his room. I waited in the beautiful hotel for a few minutes till Christian arrived to the lobby. We introduce and we leave the hotel Direction Retiro. We took a taxi to the first stop. The generical flower in the United Nations Square. My trick is to go from the other side (not from the front) and take a panoramic picture that it looks amazing. I told the story of the square and the flower and we continue the tour at the Palermo gardens. The planetarium was one of he most representarive buildings of our city! At night you can see all the dome wih beautiful lights.
Near there are you can find their rose garden which will be visit together and we saw all beautiful landscapes. We saw as well the embassy of United States and we walk to the Italian square. I want to show Cristian the beautiful Ateneo bookshop. As we were there so early and was Sunday that Actonel opens only at 11 a.m. So we waited seven minutes in a bar near there in Santa Fe and Callao Avenue. To reach there we took a bus and from there we took another bus to the theatre Colon. Of course we saw the obelisk. We took diagonal norte street direction May Square. In May square we visit the cathedral of Buenos Aires and gladly we have the oportunity to see the Calvary doing the change of guards. They were protecting the Mausoleum of San Martin. In that square we saw the very first monument of Argentina, that pink house, the national bank and many other beatiful buildings.after that we took a taxi to La Boca neighbourhood where I told they're all the secrets of tago, inmigration and art to Cristian. So time fly, the city is huge and we already finished our tour and we had to go back to the hotel in Madero Port.
I want to thank Christian to share a fabulous day with me! I am really lucky to have this great guy doing a tour with me. I enjoyed the day despite i was not feeling so good. I hope we can see soon in U.S. Or in Buenos Aires or in any other part of the world!
