Payment Policy

  1. Advance Payment: To ensure a seamless experience and confirm your reservation, advance payment is required for all tours and activities. This payment acts as a deposit and secures your spot on the tour.
  2. Full Payment: We kindly request full payment in advance before the scheduled tour/activity date to secure your booking entirely. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  3. Payment Methods: To accommodate our valued customers, we offer various secure payment methods such as credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Rest assured that all payment details provided are strictly confidential and securely processed.
  4. Invoice Issuance: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed invoice via email outlining the total amount due and payment instructions. Please review this carefully and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Cancellation Policy and Refund

I. Cancellation Periods:

  • Complete refund: Full refunds for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled tour/activity.
  • Partial refund: 50% of the tour price (special activities and transportation excluded, please refer below)
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, unless due to extenuating circumstances.
  • Refund times: Refunds processed within 5 business days (Argentina); issued using the original payment method.

II. Extenuating Circumstances: Exceptions considered for unforeseen events (e.g., medical emergencies or unavoidable travel restrictions) with correspondent proof

III. No Shows: Forfeiture of refund for failure to attend without prior cancellation.

IV. Tour Modifications/Cancellations: Alternative date or full refund offered for rare VIP TOURS BA modifications/cancellations.

V. Policy Acceptance: Clients acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy upon booking.

VI. Special Activities and Transportation (Private car, Ferry, Planes, Launches): Cancelation and refund policies vary based on supplier’s protocols and processing times. Please be advised that cancelations may entail both temporal and monetary expenses for our company. Consequently, any such costs, not covered by the client, shall be deemed non-refundable. VII. Behavioral Misconduct: VIP TOURS BA reserves the right to terminate the tour without refund in cases of disrespectful behavior towards the guide, other participants, or any form of misconduct that disrupts the tour experience

VIII. Modifications: VIP TOURS BA reserves the right to modify the policy; updates communicated on the website.
