Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Refund Periods

  • Full Refund: Available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour or activity. Note:Transportation tickets (e.g., flights, trains, buses) and special event bookings may not be refundable, regardless of advance notice. Please consult VIP TOURS BA for specific details.
  • Partial Refund: 50% of the tour price will be refunded for cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the tour. This does not include transportation or special activity costs.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days (Argentina) and issued using the original payment method.

3. Tour Modifications by VIP TOURS BA

  • In the event VIP TOURS BA modifies or cancels a tour, clients will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Special Activities and Transportation Costs

  • Refund policies for private transportation (e.g., flights, ferries, private cars) and special activities are governed by the respective suppliers. Non-refundable costs or fees incurred due to these services are the client’s responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities and Limitations of Liability
Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all required travel documents, such as original passports, visas, and permits.
  • Complying with health and medical requirements, including vaccinations or certifications necessary for specific destinations.
  • Adhering to entry and travel regulations when visiting other countries.

VIP TOURS BA is not liable for:

  • Issues resulting from missing or incorrect documents or failure to meet health or entry requirements.
  • Cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party transportation providers (e.g., airlines, buses, ferries).
  • Events beyond the company’s control, such as strikes, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.

7. Policy Updates
VIP TOURS BA reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, with changes communicated via the company’s website.

Payment Policy

Advance Payment: To ensure a seamless experience and confirm your reservation, advance payment is

required for all tours and activities. This payment acts as a deposit and secures your spot on the tour.

Full Payment: We kindly request full payment in advance before the scheduled tour/activity date to secure your booking entirely. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
